1. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect your unique Discord User ID and Username to link your in-game progress[cite: 17]. We also collect account details (such as email and profile information) provided through our sign-in system to manage your access and dashboard[cite: 23].
  • In-Game Activity: We store records of your match history, transfer market transactions, and pack openings to ensure the integrity of the game economy[cite: 18].
  • Data Protection: FS26 data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore[cite: 21]. We never share, sell, or trade your data with third parties[cite: 21]. You have the right to request a data wipe of your account progress at any time by contacting our support team[cite: 22].

2. Terms of Service

By interacting with FS26, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions[cite: 25].

  • User Conduct: You agree not to use the service to generate hate speech or harassment [cite: 29], exploit bugs/glitches [cite: 30], or use multiple accounts to manipulate the economy[cite: 31].
  • Virtual Economy: Items collected (coins, players) are virtual, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for currency[cite: 34, 35]. We are not responsible for loss of data due to downtime or resets[cite: 36].
  • Termination & Liability: We reserve the right to ban users for violations[cite: 41]. Developers are not held liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service[cite: 42].

3. Fair Play & Community

FS26 is designed to be a competitive, community-driven simulation[cite: 2].

  • Automation: Use of "self-bots," macro scripts, or automated clickers to gain an unfair advantage in coin farming or sniping is prohibited[cite: 5].
  • Market Manipulation: Collusion to artificially inflate/deflate prices or the use of "feeder" accounts to transfer coins will result in immediate sanctions[cite: 6].
  • Community Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, or malicious behavior towards other managers, especially regarding match outcomes, will not be tolerated[cite: 10]. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans[cite: 12].
